We believe that customer satisfaction is key, which is why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your items. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the specified time frame. After 30 days your order will be assumed to be satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
For all products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.
30 Day Moneyback – Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, DealsFlux may offer you an exchange or refund provided:
- that the goods are in saleable condition
- that the goods are unused with the original and sealed packaging intact
- the exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (not more than 30 days)
If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, DealsFlux at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind. While we will try our best to locate your purchase records in our systems DealsFlux is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
Damaged or Defective Goods Returns
Our returns & refund policy lasts 30 days for damaged or defective goods from the date of receipt of your ordered goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note this section of the returns policy is for damaged & defective goods. Warranty related issues are covered by the product’s warranty period.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, DealsFlux will not provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time depending on your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us or phone 1300 880 436.
